Fall can be a stressful time of the year. School is back in session, summer vacations have come to an end, the days are longer and the evenings seem a bit shorter.

However, one cannot resist the beauty of the changing colors of the green leaves spring brought us, to a landscape now painted in hues of orange, yellow, red and brown. The air is cooler and crisp, and a warm coziness surrounds us as we haul out our long-sleeved shirts and drink warm apple cider and pumpkin spice lattes!

As you are drinking that pumpkin spice latte and cozying up in your warm clothes, try listening to some soothing music to relieve some of your stress.

According to an article written by Jane Collingwood on PsychCentral.com, “music has a unique link to our emotions, so {it} can be an extremely effective stress management tool.” She says even if you don’t normally listen to classical music, it is worth a try in selecting a more calming music.

Check out some of the classical piano music pieces below to get you in the mood for fall stress-free.
